Our products are custom printed to order. Each item is individually created just for you after you have placed an order.
Because our products are custom printed we can only process a return and not an exchange. If you need a replacement item you can re-order through our website at any point during this process.
If your item has a manufacturing defect you will receive a full refund upon the defect being verified either via photo or return. If you believe your item is defective please use the contact form below and we will provide instructions on providing a photo of the damage or returning it. Please note, all defective item returns are subject to verification of defect. Returns must be completed within 30 days of delivery. Returns past 30 days will not be accepted.
If your item does not meet any of these criteria, such as you ordered the wrong image or you no longer need/want the item you may return your item by first contacting us for an RMA number. Please note, you will be responsible for return shipping costs and a 20% restock fee will apply to the item. Original shipping costs are not refundable. Items that are not returned in their original condition, or have obvious signs of use are subject to a 50% restock fee. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returns past 30 days will not be accepted.
All returns must have an RMA number assigned prior to a return!

You will receive an email with a tracking number in it alerting you that your item has been shipped. If you do not receive this email please review your spam settings within your email client. The email may have gone directly to your spam folder.
Delivery times will vary based on the destination of your package. Domestic orders typically arrive within 2-7 business days. International orders are shipped First-Class and can sometimes take up to 30 days to arrive. You can track your order on the USPS website.
If the USPS tracking status is: “Shipping Info Received” it means your order is currently being processed. If you see this status and your estimated delivery date has passed we recommend checking with USPS to see if they can locate your package. If they are unable to locate your package please contact us.
